For https://trello.com/c/FwzYs6Ej/46-u2os-query I've written a script to descend the left hierarchy using https://github.com/aleksandra-tarkowska/omero-requests
If the json results included links to the descendants, then a scraper (like https://doc.scrapy.org/en/latest/topics/request-response.html?highlight=javascript ?) could automatically load all values.
