MAPR keys are linked irrespective of namespace #48

E.g. In the IDR if you have an Organism key in openmicroscopy.org/mapr/organism and also in idr.openmicroscopy.org/study/info the value in the latter will be linked even though it is in a completely separate namespace. It looked like a quick fix but it turned out to be more complicated.

Note this bug does not apply to the new custom transformation for non-primary key-values from https://github.com/ome/omero-mapr/pull/47
