Extends the right-panel of webclient (block added in https://github.com/ome/omero-web/pull/463) to add "Publication Title" from Key-Value pairs if they are present and if the object is a Project or Screen.

Excluding until https://github.com/ome/omero-web/pull/463 is in the build

To test:

Add Key-Value pair with key Publication Title to a Project or Screen
Reload the Project or Screen in right panel - title should appear at the top
