Set web environment variables #45

In testing https://github.com/ome/omero-parade/pull/64, both DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE and OMERODIR needed to be set. I'm not sure if this should really be necessary but appears to work.

Merging and rolling back the temporary commit in omero-parade to run with the 5.6.0-m1-3 docker image.
