This is definitely not a lot of work. All that is required is a new OMERO.WND-CHARM wrapper script called $OMERO_PYCHRM_HOME/scripts/Pychrm_classifier_cross_validate.py. Copy/paste the code from $WNDCHARM_HOME/examples/classifier_cross_validation.py in there. Provide text boxes for user to input number of cross validation splits, training set/test set split %, etc. These user inputs are fed directly into Pychrm calls without further processing. The output of DiscreteClassificationExperimentResult.Print() can go into a text file annotation on the project.
