Version upgrade #35

bump omero, r-gateway and cellprofiler version

All the pinned versions look good. Can you explain the dropping of the pins from conda?

For training, I am not too convinced we need to pin all. We will need to review all of them one by one since they will be now some incompatibilities More in the spirit of https://github.com/ome/rOMERO-gateway/blob/master/jupyter/environment-r-omero.yml

@joshmoore I went back to the conda dependencies Version upgraded and pinned. Travis is green

Looks good 👍 As ome-lochy just gives me 404, I built the docker image locally from https://github.com/snoopycrimecop/training-notebooks/tree/master_merge_daily . R notebook works, CP notebook works and the connection to merge-ci too (tested connection from R notebook).
