UECapability Malformed packet #117

Hi, I have an issue in UE attach that is 5G NSA supported and according to attached pcap file captured from S1-MME interface (172.30.247.11) in UECapabilityInfoIndication packet, UERadioCapability is missing. but in UE LTE attach there is no problem and information send properly. so please help me to resolve this issue if any configuration needed in control plane side.

In addition there is no Not Restricted message for dual connectivity with NR in attach accept packet from Nucleus but with Open5Gs MME test there is Not Restricted message in attach accept packet and 5G connection established corretly. WhatsApp Image 2021-07-08 at 3 50 41 PM
