I've been searching for a way to do this in Eclipse, but haven't found a way that works with the OEDT editor.
I would like to be able to select text and press some key combination to quote the selected text.
Similar to the "block comment" functionality that when pressing "CTRL + /" the currently selected text gets surrounded in comments sings, but now with quotes...
