Fix standalone support #4

Remove OOSvrLite library. Adjust MirrorKey.inl back into OOSvrUser. Make OOSvrUser start in standalone mode.

I'm now coming back round to removing OOSvrLite. Most of the required code is in the OOServer project, and it will clean up the code base considerably.

Its has gone. No standalone support remains
