Release https://github.com/briacp/plugin-omt-package/releases/tag/v1.8.0

I put the jar in net/briac/omegat although the package of the plugin is net.briac.omegat.plugin.omt, is that a problem?

The Manifest don't contain the requested properties. I'll release a new version with the proper info.
