Add mapping support for the collected items #8

There is no "Map" media type for prompts since the Mapping module doesn't have a media ingester. Mapping support will have to be an entirely separate prompt type, available only when the Mapping module is active.

The most natural solution, it seems to me, is allowing other modules to add new prompt types.
