Integration is broken on newer CustomVocab versions #83

Collecting's implementation of CustomVocab is old and does not account for the new array output format of $customVocab->terms(). This bug exposed another bug that breaks the Collecting form when a vocab is one of the new-ish "URIs" and "Items" vocab types.
