The interface for choosing an item set says 'Create or update from DSpace Collection', but there's no real mechanism that actually updates from DSpace.
This'll be hard to check, since it's non-trivial to set up a DSpace installation that I can edit to change the updates. Either only do create, or give a stab at the update and see if/when bugs appear from others.
