Fixes, improvements and refacto #39

Item view og:description and og:image was displayed twice
title was not displayed correctly for Item
Add sharing for browse item view (item set) and add options for Facebook button.
Embed item sets
Replace icon fonts with svg to reduce lib adherence problems
Replace jquery with vanilla fonctions
Add large buttons option (option unavailable for tumblr)
Rework styles

Thanks, but we've made separate refactoring improvements alongside the addition of oEmbed. Feel free to cherry pick any here that you feel are needed and add as separate PRs. We prefer PRs that address one issue or add one feature at a time.
