Enhancement request: Dropdown subnavigation in top menu #25

Might it be possible to include dropdown subnavigation in the top menu on mouseover of the parent item?

This would be more flexible than clicking through to the parent item to see the subnavigation in the sidebar - but maybe it's not part of the desired look for this theme?
