Skip showing thumbnails for slider when there's only one piece of media #35

More than one person has reported as a problem the fact that the image is shown twice: once the main version and the other is the slider "gallery" thumbnail. I believe we could set gallery and pager to false if there's only one thing in the slider and avoid this.

Similarly applies to other themes using the slider.
