Do something other than alphabetical order for Tutorials index #16

Alphabetical is totally inappropriate there. There's no logical grouping at all currently (except topics within a document).

Agreed. Suggestions for better groupings? Hopefully they will need to change as we go along and build more. One grouping to start should probably be about transition from 1.x to 2.x?
