Add an option to the Appearance Settings to set the number of items in a collection show page #1016

Currently, the "Results per page" option under Appearance -> Settings gets applied not only to the records per page but also to the number of items to display in a collection show page.

Ideally, we should have a separate option to set this number just for the items in a collection show page.
