No confirmation of submission after clicking "contribute" #35

@patrickmj after filling out contribution form and clicking contribute, front end user is not directed to a Thank You or confirmation page. User remains on form she submitted with all of that info still in form.

Users should be directed to the Thank you page: /Contribution/views/public/contribution/thankyou.php
