Add hook so plugins can display content on exhibit pages #118

For this and https://github.com/omeka/plugin-SimplePages/issues/33 I have no objection to adding hooks, but if adding Commenting to those pages is a primary goal it might be easier to see if Commenting to use a shortcode. Or, for ExhibitBuilder, make it use a block.
