Better log output
If a non OMEMO Resource is online and encryption is used, the non OMEMO resource will get a message that there was an encrypted message which couldnt be decrypted
Added Checks for Axolotl, Protobuf and Gajim Version
Plugin should show in the PluginManager even with all dependencys missing and generate a helpful message
