feat(#2): buddy allocator #10

Buddy allocator implementation:

Supports both embedded metadata as external metadata.
Supports allocations both in levels (fixed power of 2 number of pages) and arbitrary size.
Deallocations can be made without keeping track of the allocation size.
A deallocation interface that accepts an allocation size is also provided to allow for more optimized deallocations.

The Makefile has been changed to take into account compilation of .c source files in the src directory.
