same colors in Network view as Multi-Scale view #15

The coloring of the nodes in the Network view should match the colors in the 
Multi-scale view. I am referring to All Pairs Significance Explorer (not sure 
if the same holds for RF-based explorer). ilya

Application behavior has been merged between all-pairs and random forest 
explorers.  This seems to be fixed, as a consequence.  

In addition, re-filtering will correctly re-display the network if the query 
successfully completes.
