Update unmapped filtering rule to disregard source type at data import #21

The existing unmapped rule prunes associations where both nodes do not have 
chromosome positions and are not of the source type CLIN or SAMP.
The change will allow associations where at least one of the nodes have a 
chromosome and disregard the source type.
