Sample size for BOLT-LMM summary statistics #110

Dear Omer, Hope all is well! Thank you for the Polyfun package. I am trying to replicate some of the experiment results, and I am wondering if I can know the sample size N of the BOLT-LMM summary statistics that you used in your work?

Hi @dietina, you can find the sample size of all traits in Supplementary Table 3.
