The existing action mamba-org/provision-with-micromamba has been deprecated (https://github.com/mamba-org/provision-with-micromamba/pull/122)
The main material difference is that the new action setup-micromamba no longer automatically sets channel_priority: strict, but since the PolyFun env only uses conda-forge, that doesn't affect this pipeline
