📝 Change documentation C-p and C-n keybinds

📝 Change the documentation keybinds

On this issue #46 The user has a confusion about what keybinds are for rebind the control + p to scroll

So I've changed the documentation to ctrl instead of C

And Change the rebind section to be after of Working with Sessionx
