Description

I want to show a jazz cash payment option, linked to my merchant account, for my customers to use.

Acceptance Criteria

Register a merchant account with JazzCash

There are three basic steps to complete the Merchant account

  1. Basic Information
  2. Upload Documents
  3. Account verification

In the attached screenshot we have complete the first step successfully but rest of the option is not clickable to complete the other two steps.

We are facing an issue to hit the jazz cash payment website for payment purposes to test our first request of payment so according to my understanding, our unverified merchant account could the problem.

We need to come up with documents (business registration / NTN number etc.) mentioned in this attachment from Jazzcash to complete our registration with them.
