Manually entering end time causes error - 'The time cannot be in the future' #270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Press + to manually register a time
2.Leave the default start time and press next
3.On end time screen increase hours by 1 hour and press next
4. Error in red at top of screen 'The time cannot be in the future'

What is the expected output?
Should allow the end time to be any time after the start time (and not 
overlapping another time)

What do you see instead?
Error message described

What version of the product are you using (check the about screen for the
version or version number)?
1.2.2
