Video recording

We should allow recording video.

• Map key, like F2
• Use eg. libavcodec for encoding
• Dump frames to a separate buffer, and do encoding in a thread.

Actually, i was thinking... Instead of recording video realtime, we could instead produce a combat log (like the original game produced REC files). Then we could make a second binary that could take the combat log and play it on command line to a video file.
