HARs switch their lighting mode depending on their position on the arena. The HARs are darker on the sides and lighter around the middle. We have two choices on how to implement this.
We can tint the HARs according to position. This would be easy and light operation using HW acceleration.
... OR, we can do it like the original did it, and switch palette remapping depending on the position of the HAR. This would require a texture regen every time the HAR changes the lighting "zone".
