Wallhit tag #243

Find out if there is an animation tag that allows the move to cause the other HAR to smack to the wall. Right now we are just looking at the damage values. This works, but it's not exactly like the original.

I don't think this is controlled by a tag, I think it is controlled by velocity.

This is indeed just handled by velocity, and we have a working implementation. Closing ticket.
