Merge libshadowdive and omf2097-tools to this repository

So, this has been discussed before, time to make a separate ticket. How about we just merge libsd and the tools to a same repository with the main game ? We could just add some cmake flags for turning the tools on or off.

For:

• Easier maintenance
• Less duplicated cmake code
• People would stop trying to dynamically link libsd, it's not meant for that.
• We could use openomf hashmap etc. in libsd, and could lose the current separation layer in openomf.

Against:

• Harder to maintain separation of layers, might make unittesting harder ?
• If somebody for some reason wants to read omf2097 file formats, they have to rip the readers from openomf code. ... this may be somewhat unlikely.
• Uhh... can't think of anything else.

Also, we might want to port the current file editing tools to python, since it would probably be much easier to quickly prototype (see: https://github.com/omf2097/pyomftools)

Moved this for 0.7. This is going to be a large operation and should be done gradually.
