Broken link at Getting Started #35

Beneath header 'Getting Started', this line recommends you read this MoreVP Plasma Explained .

Reported to Kasima on slack and he recommends I drop into #product-devex channel or open an issue here: dev-portal repo: https://github.com/omisego/dev-portal

Hope the second option is what I'm doing now? Any volunteers to show me around GitHub and OmiseGO work process here :)
