Issues with the current childchain #126

Childchain doesn't start because of wrong event listener names
API response doesn't exactly match with elixir-omg version.
Deposit transactions are stored but they are not needed
Deposits are not stored correctly if from same owner/token/amount
exits don't work
callbacks don't work when event array is empty
get_call_data function is missing from Event.
