Read through and would add some context on:

What is process exit?
Users being able to process other users' exits
OMG Network continually processing exits for users?

Happy to brainstorm.

@okalouti added some more info @Pongch i heard before from somewhere that omg might continuously process exits for users, is this something we want to include in the docs? not sure what the decision there is
