Improving Getting Started guide #71

To create a long-term strategy for the dev portal, the current Getting Started guide was merged into a single guide. This will allow adding more guides in the future, as well as reduce the number of clicks the users of this website will have to perform.

hey @dmitrydao, thanks! it looks like you only added the versioned document? In website/versioned_docs/version-1.0.0/ Believe we also need a copy in the /docs folder?
