- A rootchain contract can deposit to plasma
- A rootchain contract cannot create plasma transactions as it cannot sign the transaction nor communicate with omisego childchain, But plasma transactions can be made to a contract address
- A rootchain contract can call the plasma framework to start SE and/or start IFE
- A rootchain contract can call the plasma framework to process exits
This is an advanced edge case thats not necessarily "frequently asked" at the moment, and also not really the usage we expect from users, so we will leave it out for now, but leave the issue to revisit later if needed.
