OI File Manager: Support external SD cards #401

User luke reported:

"HTC rezound seems to use a weird way of mounting the CD card. Mounts it as 
'ext_sd', but it also has an internal storage called 'HTC STORAGE' which mounts 
as 'sdcard'.  This seems to be causing issues with your file manager as it will 
not move things from the 'download' folder on the ext_sd to the internal 
'sdcard' where applications seem to be looking for them."

Ideally, OI File Manager should deal properly with multiple internal and 
external SD cards.

This issue is related to issue 186.
