What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried hitting back up " no items to back up"
2. Tried refreshing on gmail. no luck
3. Auto backup checked, connected to gmail
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected to open SMS app
on gmail and see new text messages. Nothing new since app was downloaded
yesterday. Need step by step instructions on how to make this work better. I
am a little techno inept and don't understand the terminology. Read something
about app not backing up when it is downloaded to the phone sd card. Don't
know how to change that.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?Samsung s5
mini, gmail. just downloaded yesterday 7/15/15.
Please provide any additional information below. We downloaded it because we
have an emergency situation with a person with mental health issues and need to
take copies ofthe text messages in to the professionals today and really need
these new ones!
