I've added a setup.py so this can be pip installed (locally anyway).

I've also cleaned up the README so that all of the necessary imports are listed and position/positions is fixed.

@omimo Thanks for the nice set of tools! It would be great to merge @ethansr 's pull request. If you have the chance, please could you take a look?

If you would consider adding me as a maintainer, I'd be happy to help with reviewing pull requests and adding to PyPi and Conda.
