Odin II Adder Bug #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. odin_II.exe -a sample_arch.xml -V adder_test.v -o adder.blif
2. notice the "-1" indices in output pins of adder.  BLIF expects unique net 
names for unused outputs.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should provide unique stub names for unused outputs.  Sen, you can talk to Ken 
or me about this if you would like more information about the BLIF format.
