VPR Windows release #54

Need help to run VPR on Windows. Is there a binary release for Windows users? 
If not, is the current release build-able for Windows?

VPR seams to be build-able in Win. Just right now I've build it through VS2010 
VC++ (from svn, empty solution, add 4 vcxprojs, compile). Though I've not 
tested all features so far, quick_text for VPR is OK.
