Added installment Maybank for MY PSP

2. Description of change

Added zero_interest_installments on APMBuilder and PaymentBuilder class to include it in the Source and Charge APIs. Changed the logic in omise-offsite-installment-method.js to show minimum required amount message depending on currency.

3. Quality assurance

Switch to MY store

Case 1:

Added order with minimum amount of MYR 3000.
Checkout using installment.

Case 2:

Added order with amount under 3000
Select installment as payment method
You should see message informing user that minimum required amount is MYR 3000.
