Creating Charge with Source in a single request #154

I've to create a source and then create a charge after that. I think the library should support create a charge with source. And source seems not up to date because it can't create installment.

@wiput1999 Sorry the late reply. You can create charge with source with the same API. Please go through our documentation and search for Create and charge a new source.

About the installment, can you please provide more details about the issue?
