Add support for mobile banking KBank and SCB.

Add mobile banking KBank payment type and logo.
Add mobile banking SCB payment type

3. Quality assurance

Test charge creation for KBank and SCB mobile banking.

4. Impact of the change

In Checkout Page, Mobile Banking will show KBank item in list.

5. Priority of change

Normal.
