[ENGA3-592]: Rebrand Omise to OPN Payments #329

1. Objective

Rebrand the text visible to merchants and users from Omise to Opn Payments.

Jira Ticket: #592

Note:

Not changing the name of the plugin as it might result in merchants not getting the new version available update alert as Wordpress won’t find the plugin in their directory.

2. Description of change

Updated the name Omise to Opn Payments on following things:

Menu
Page title
Payment method names
Translation files
Text used in _e() and __() to translate the text.

3. Quality assurance

Check the menu and the setting pages
Check payment method names
Checkout with a product and process a failed payment to see the change in errors
