Elicit Basic requirements for a Professor/Instructor Role in the SUS. I will list down all the requirements I came up with below:

1. Have a notification and communication channel, where the Instructor can post messages and update current status.
2. A syllabus tab must be available, where the instructor can upload the complete semester syllabus with data and time.
3. A list of students enrolled, which contains the list of all the students and gets updated if a new student joins the course.
4. Alert system, which informs the Instructor about a new student signs up or if a student fails to attend a Quiz.
5. Integrated web meeting solution, allowing the instructor to take classes if he is presently away from the campus.
6. Instructor has a tab to maintain the syllabus of the course with the date and topic of each lecture.
7. Instructors must also have the functionality to add course information for the semester atleast 2 months in advance and update whenever needed.
8. Instructors require the functionality to assign students into groups for team assignments and to name these groups.
9. As an Instructors, I must be able to add grades in bulk or individually for easier management.
10. Instructors can view the student submissions and quiz grades along with the statictics of the overall class performance.
11. Instructors can select the Teaching assistant and assign tasks to the TA.
