Task 1 of #4

Successfully completed the required task of creating a scrum board. The board has default columns:

  1. To-do column: Shows all pending issues that are assigned to team members.
  2. In Progress: As we make some progress, we move the issue from To-do column to In-progress.
  3. Done: After completing all the requirements of issues we move it to this column.

The Scrum board will be used to track the progress of the project.
