Incorrect LICENSE file #2

I have just noticed that the LICENSE file contains the Apache 2.0 license. I would like to "officially" confirm with this issue ticket that the license is actually GPL 2.0 as mentioned in our README.

Indeed, that's my bad. Thanks for catching that, riebl. I imagine I might've added a license file before even checking what it would've been.
